turkish breakfastwater leakageinadequate storage
turkish style breakfast was acceptable and provided a decent start to the day.
The air conditioner was positioned directly above the table and leaked water. there was inadequate cabinet space for storing clotheswith clutter. the window faced an enclosed area covered with plastic panels. I could not get any fresh air.

the breakfast had turkish style options. the beds were comfortable and i find the shower efficient. the location suited me well, most tourist places were within a short walk. melisa at reception assist me with local information and transport, this was great.
i did notice there was not cabinet space in the room for all my clothing.

The room i was assigned was not well-kept. The air conditioning did not function properly, and the noise from outside was disruptive. the breakfast service was inconsistent, as items were often not replenished in a timely manner. the staff seemed understaffed, so i encountered difficulties getting prompt assistance.

yilmaz was kind. he was very helpful . the location was quite good. it was easy to reach the tram and nearby shops.
the hotel didn't seem clean. this was a significant disappointment to me. i noticed the lack of body wash in our room and the delay in replenishing it. the breakfast selection diminished considerably after the first day.

I relished the hotel's location. Major attractions are a short walk away. the friendly staff, especially zeynep, were pretty good. i appreciated the clean and well-kept rooms. They provided the perfect space to unwind after a day exploring the city.
the room i had booked was a bit smaller than the pictures implied. it was still comfortable though.
